Longboard!!

I have wanted to learn how to longboard for a long time.  I'm one of the biggest klutz's around, so I imagine that I will break something soon, but for now, I am pretty excited that my new longboard came in the mail!

It is getting colder here in Utah, so who knows how much I will actually be able to practice between now and the Spring.  Either way, I'm one step closer to my goal of learning how to ride this thing!!

(Picture to come)

Wow, Lace! I'm not even sure I know how a longboard works! I love that you're never afraid to try new things.
How is everything? We need to get together or at least talk so I know how you're doing... sorry I'm not the greatest friend! :)
p.s. Did you see who got engaged on my blog (under THanksgiving post)? Funny. I guess I'm a matchmaker? Or Steven is? Ha ha.
Love ya!

Lacey- All I can say is you are more daring then me. I couldn't ride a skate board when I was 8 and seeing how my center of gravity is only getting worse as I get older I would be dead if I tried a longboard. All I can say is "Oh be careful"! I hope you are doing good. I will be in Utah for about a week after christmas and would love to see you if you will be around. Later

All I have to say is...wear a helmet. You better. I gave Hans a super guilty lecture about how quickly your life can change if you fall, and you don't even have to be going fast. My cousin saw someone hit the curb, fall back, crack his head and die. Right then. I hope I scared a helmet into you young lady. Other than that, they are way fun and Kristin is a very good longboarder and would kill to go with you.

Lacey long boarding is one of the greatest things. I haven't long boarded for a couple years, but when I did the days I long boarded were good days.
I do recommend a helmet. I had a friend fall and had brain damage from the fall.
